Our Christmas time in Killarney was beyond all expectations, we loved all the delicacies you provided. Christmas Eve set the scene and it was crowned by Christmas dinner. Even allowing five women in the kitchen we managed to follow your cooking instructions. We loved it all, I especially enjoyed the ham and the pudding, Noel the turkey and the stuffing balls. Everything was cooked to perfection. We will be spreading the word.
