Chef & Co-Founder

With a distinguished career spanning over 20 years, Mark has honed his culinary skills at some of Europe’s most prestigious establishments, including The Ritz Hotel and The Four Seasons Hotel in London, The Merrion Hotel in Dublin, and aboard the Queen Elizabeth 2 cruise liner.

His international experience extends to Melbourne, Australia, where he worked at the renowned Lynch’s Restaurant. Mark’s culinary excellence has been recognized with accolades such as the Moreau Chablis Fish Dish of the Year Award and 2 AA Rosettes for his innovative cuisine.

Bernie Doe

Catering Manager & Co-Founder

Bernie brings over 20 years of experience in catering management, event planning, and training. Her career includes roles at The City University Business School in London, the Queen Elizabeth 2 cruise liner, Ajays Restaurant in Melbourne, and as Banqueting/Deputy Catering Manager at the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin.

At Just Cooking, Bernie collaborates with Mark to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
