Our Saturday workshops are a 5 hour hands on class that will teach you a selection of tasty and impressive dishes.

We will prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including starter, 2 main courses, dessert and some baking.

The class content changes regularly but typically includes brown bread, soup, a fish and a meat main course and a dessert.

Expect a day that is full of hands on and demo cooking.

Participants are encouraged to work in pairs and the class is limited to 6 people.

Be prepared to walk away ready to impress your family, friends and guests.
