On this hands on class you will work in pairs to produce a variety of batch meals that are ideal for freezing.
We will start by making a couple of base sauces that are then used to produce some dishes.

These will include a chicken, vegetable and chickpea curry, meatballs in tomato sauce, chicken and mushroom pasta bake and more.
