2 1/2 hour interactive demo with a tasting of all dishes cooked and refreshments.
On this class you will learn the art of grilling without a burnt sausage in sight!
New recipes that will not only suit beginners but also those of you that have done our barbecue basics class.
You will not only learn how to grill, but also how to use your barbecue for roasting, smoking and baking.
We also cover temperature control, lighting and cleaning of your grill.
Buttermilk chicken, Mac n cheese, brined pork chop with Romesco, Casear salad, bruschetta and apple tarte tatin for dessert.
We use a range if Weber gas, charcoal and electric grills on the class and encourage people to get hands on with some of the cooking.
This class takes place in all weather conditions. Even though we are in a covered area we recommend bringing some warm clothing.
