We can provide our clients with an amazing 5 star meal which will be served by our professional and experienced wait staff and prepared in your own kitchen by Mark. From organizing hireage of equipment, menu planning, sorting a venue and lots more just ask and we will be more than happy to discuss We also offer this service to groups who may be holidaying in Kerry, and can offer a breakfast through to dinner service. Our Christmas time in Killarney was beyond all expectations, we loved all the delicacies you provided.
Christmas Eve set the scene and it was crowned by Christmas dinner.
Even allowing five women in the kitchen we managed to follow your cooking instructions.
We loved it all, I especially enjoyed the ham and the pudding, Noel the turkey and the stuffing balls.
Everything was cooked to perfection.

Just Cooking Tasting Menu
The Just Cooking tasting menu offers your guests a 6 course menu using local ingredients from the county of Kerry.
The tasting menu is only available for the whole group only and dietary requests can be catered for.
Tasting plate of starters.
Scallops with peas and cauliflower, slow roast dusk spring roll, goats cheese bon bon with beetroot, locally smoked salmon on a warm potato bilini.
Cream of leek and potato soup with smoked haddock. Toasted hazelnut crème friache.
Hake with crab and herbs. Creamed leeks and corn.
Mac’s mango and passion fruit sorbet.
Fillet of Kerry beef. Roast root vegetables, shallots, green beans and potato gratin.
Dessert Platter. Bread and butter pudding with Baileys, Mulled wine baked plums, Lemon tart, Vanilla Ice-cream and chocolate and orange mousse.
