Kerry's Premier Cookery School.Just Cooking was founded by Mark & Bernie Doe who are professionals in the Food and hospitality Industry, each with over 20 years’ experience. Their passion for Fine Food and the joy of sharing that knowledge is the driving force behind Just Cooking.
What began as a few Cookery Classes quickly turned into a Cookery School with a full schedule of courses.
Their vast industry experience resulted in regular requests for assistance by Restaurants and Hotels, which led to setting up of the Food Consultancy service dealing with all aspects of the trade.
Mark and Bernie have an aptitude for imparting their knowledge not only through the Cookery Classes but through Consultations with Food establishments and offering advice on the many different aspects of a good Food Business.
